Town Planner | Southampton | National Consultancy
An exciting opportunity has just arisen for an ambitious Town Planner to join a leading property consultancy based in Southampton.
The ideal candidate would be diligent, hardworking and a committed team player who enjoys working within a vibrant, innovative Town Planning & Design consultancy that remains one of the fastest expanding planning consultancies within the UK.
The successful candidate's duties will work alongside Senior Level Planners and Directors on a variety of projects across the residential, commercial, mixed use, design, health, education and leisure sectors. Key responsibilities will include assisting on planning applications and appeals, as well as helping to co-ordinate development appraisals and planning reports.
The successful candidate must possess:
- A relevant RTPI accredited town planning degree
- A full UK driving licence
- At least 1+ year's worth of experience within the planning sector
- A commercial mind-set and strong awareness of current UK Planning Legislation
