Penguin Recruitment are pleased to represent a highly successful National Planning & Design firm with a strong national presence who are seeking a talented Planner to join their Newcastle based team.

Working in a multidisciplinary environment alongside Town Planners, Urban Designers and Development Consultants, the successful Town Planner will be part of a creative and passionate team of Planners who work on a range of complex and sustainable developments across the UK.

The successful Town Planner will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of several exciting development schemes across the North East region, helping to shape and deliver new communities while simultaneously supporting and developing the firm's planning strategies and presence within the planning market.

The successful Town Planner will be expected to hold:

* At least 1 - 4 years' experience within the planning sector
* RTPI Accredited Planning Qualification
* Excellent Interpersonal Skills
* Experience Drafting a range of major or minor planning reports and applications
