Title: Senior Town Planner



Location: Sheffield



Salary: £30,000 to £40,000



An exciting opportunity has become available with one of the U.K's leading Commercial Property and Planning Consultancies. Due to a recent expansion, they are on the lookout for a skilled Senior Town Planner to join the team in the heart of Sheffield.



The Senior Planner will lead site investigations, assessing planning potential and looking into historical precedents and planning restrictions affecting all developments. You will assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications, and have a sound understanding of the UK planning system.



You will be an MRTPI member and be given the opportunity to develop within the organisation taking on more responsibility. You will hold a full driving licence along with a clear understanding and awareness of retail and residential planning issues. The Town Planner will be involved in some key client meetings therefore strong communication skills are a must.
