Assistant Planning Manager
Essex
An interesting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Planner to join one of the UK's leading residential developers based out of their Essex office.
The Assistant Planning Manager will support the senior members of the team in promoting and delivering the companies strategic development sites throughout the region. As an Assistant Planning Manager, you will join a well-structured, collaborative team, reporting directly to the Head of Planning. Ideally, you will have work experience within a consultancy, developer or local authority and an understanding of the development management process.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Planner who would like to see the complete development cycle, taking ownership of projects from site acquisition through to construction. My client offers full APC support, a competitive salary/package and a rewarding bonus scheme.
