Job Details
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join fast expanding Development Control Team in the West Midlands
In this role, you will be required to work on a range of minor to medium applications comprising of residential, household, mixed and change of use.
Other duties include:
- Processing minor to medium applications
- Coordinate and attend site visits
- Prepare detailed committee reports
- Coordinate appeals
- Advise planning enforcement teams about retrospective planning approval and variation to conditions.
Successful candidates will have a degree in Town & Country planning or an affiliated subject with 1 - 3 years of practical experience as a Development Control Officer in the UK.
