Associate/Director | London | Private Planning Consultancy
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000
Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a respected, independent, multi-disciplinary Planning Consultancy based in Central London. They are looking for a talented and experienced Associate/Director to join their fantastic team of planning experts, who are renowned across the country for the exceptionally high standard at which they operate and the broad range of high-profile developments they manage on a daily basis.
The Successful Associate/Director will be expected to hold the following experience: A full MRTPI Membership; At least 10 years' experience working within the public and private sector (preferably private) and a general knowledge and understanding of the city of London and the surrounding area.
The duties of the role will include the following; Identification, development and pursuit of new business and marketing opportunities in a range of sectors; Preparation of tender responses; Preparation of planning applications and supporting documents for development and infrastructure schemes; Provision of planning advice to external and internal clients; Management, including financial management, of projects; Resource allocation in liaison with the Regional Practice Manager and checking and reviewing planning (and supporting) documents prepared by others.
