Project Architect

Boutique Architecture practice requires a senior Architect to join their Melbourne team. 

This individual will be contributing to a growing practice which has a long history in Victoria, within the Education, Mixed Use and Residential sectors.

The successful candidate will join a talented, communicative team working on a broad range of exciting projects.

Responsible for client presentations, managing new and fostering existing client relationships, this individual will be an A to Z Architect who will be involved on Interiors too.

Delivering Technical packages and being hands on Design documentation, this person will be acting autonomously.  

Preferred Skills and Experience

Relevant qualification in Architecture or Interior Design.

Experience as a Project Leader on medium/largescale Education experience is necessary.

Ability to resolve design issues creatively with speed and precision

Ability to establish, build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships

Proven competency in leading teams and meetings and dealing with consultants and clients

Competency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-up, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.

High level communication skills to be able to present to clients, and a drive a design team.

Hard working, team orientated ethics are required to contribute to this firms high level of design and delivery practice.
