Associate/Associate Director | Manchester | National Consultancy
Our client are a highly established real estate and planning firm who are on the lookout for an experienced Associate Town Planner or Associate Director to join their successful and established planning team based in Manchester.
This dynamic, highly established consultancy have an excellent reputation for offering innovative planning solutions to a range of clients across the residential, development, land promotion, infrastructure, commercial and real estate sectors, and due to growth are now seeking an ambitious and experienced Associate/Associate Director.
The Role:
Working alongside the current Planning Director, the successful Associate/Associate Director will help to take the lead on a range of planning applications and appeals, working on a range of residential, development, mixed use and strategic land projects. The role will include taking the lead on a variety of planning applications and appeals, alongside assessing sites for development suitability, drafting Development Plan Representations, and offering advice to a range of housebuilder and developer clients within the region.
In order to apply for the role, you must:
Hold an RTPI Accredited qualification and an MSc in a relevant planning discipline. You will hold at least 5 years' experience working within the private sector, ideally on both minor and major schemes. You will also have a proven track record of assisting in business development, and will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
