Our client are an established and highly personable firm who are on the lookout for a talented Town Planner to join the team in Bristol, helping offer expert planning solutions on a range of projects across the South West region.

The Role:

Working directly alongside the Planning Director, the successful candidate will help to assist the team on a range of planning projects across the residential, commercial, education, leisure, environmental, retail and mixed use sectors. The role will include working on a variety of planning applications and appeals, negotiating on behalf of housebuilders and developers, alongside assessing sites for development suitability.

In order to apply for the role, you must:

Hold an RTPI Accredited qualification and post-graduate experience within the planning sector. You will also have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, and will hold experience within either development management or planning policy.
