Permanent Contract - 37 hours per week

Where are we?

Bromsgrove is an attractive rural district of North Worcestershire, with an ancient town at its centre. Near the junction off the M5 and M42, Bromsgrove is situated about 13 miles south of Birmingham and a similar distance north of Worcester.

What do we want?

Bromsgrove District Council has just adopted the Bromsgrove District Plan. Within the plan is the requirement for an early plan review which includes a full review of the Green Belt. The post holder will be fully involved in all planning policy work including working on the review of the plan and the green belt. We are looking for an individual committed to enhancing the quality of the environment of this historic District of North Worcestershire with a sound knowledge of current planning legislation and guidance, excellent communication and IT skills, together with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
