Claremont Planning is new and rapidly expanding town planning consultancy looking to recruit for a number of positions at all levels to join our team in Birmingham.
We are a highly regarded yet small team of professionals with development projects in a wide range of sectors including housing, commercial, leisure and mixed use. We have an excellent record of success in achieving strategic land allocations and obtaining planning consents nationwide.

The post holders will be working closely with clients including developers, landowners, agents and investors.
We are currently recruiting for a number of positions and are interested in hearing from assistant through to Directors or even those working in a freelance capacity. You must have a degree in a town planning related discipline and if you are looking for a more senior role you should be able to attract a strong client base.
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of all planning matters, have excellent report writing skills and a good telephone manner. The candidate should be extremely presentable for this client facing role, able to work well within a small, but growing team, and have the drive and enthusiasm necessary to help this expanding consultancy to prosper.
