Planning Officers (various levels) - London- Local Planning Authority - Contract and Perm

Up to £40 per hour/£60k+ per annum + Benefits

Local Planning Authority dealing with planning applications for large scale projects have an exciting opportunity for a MRTPI Planning Officer to join their team.

The Planning Officer role has come about due to expansion of the planning team and overall increased workload of the department. Therefore, the successful Planning Officer will need to slot into an existing team taking on an active part on key projects, ensuring that you have a fantastic working knowledge of all planning legislations.

To apply, the successful Planning Officer will hold a degree and/or masters that is recognised by the RTPI. Ideally, you will already be a full RTPI member with other accreditations being beneficial. You will have a wide range of project experience covering all aspects of the planning process along with experience from the public sector being advantageous.
