A client side opportunity with significant earning potential in North London. The ideal candidate will have a background in town planning land acquisition.

The successful candidate will be responsible for site identification, site introduction, investigation, market research, report compilation and land acquisition based at project sites/head office.


North London

Capabilities and Qualifications:

*A background in land acquisition or planning consultancy
*Construction or building surveying experience
*A good understanding of site identification
*Knowledge of LPA site allocations
*An understanding of town planning processes
*Able to undertake market research
*A qualification in land management and or
*Has a good knowledge of the London and The South East
*Full UK Driving License
*Member of Royal Town Planning Institute (or working towards this).
