Salary: £22,000 to £30,000 + Benefits



My client is one of the UK's leading town planning consultancies and is renowned for their technical excellence, innovation and project. They are a multi disciplinary practice enjoying considerable success, working with developers, landowners, business operators and public sector bodies. They are currently looking to take on board a skilled Town Planner.



The role includes working on the full range of Planning services covered by the company including Environmental Impact Assessments, Planning Applications, Environmental Act Reviews, Appeals and Public Inquires and Minerals Development Plan representations. They will also be required to identify business development opportunities as well as maintaining existing client relationships.



The applicant will ideally be RTPI accredited with between 3- 5 years' post qualification experience. They will have a proven track record of relevant planning experience and will be able to demonstrate working a project from inception through to completion. They will be enthusiastic, committed and have the ability to organise and positively motivate others, both individually and in teams.
