Going beyond traditional land use planning, our approach is to provide a holistic service to meet the aspirations and needs of developers, communities, local planning authorities and central government.

As winners of the RTPI’s Planning Excellence awards in recent years, our clients expect us to provide the most innovative, professional and reliable advice. As a result, we have an opportunity for a senior planner to join our Solihull team, who has the ability to provide quality technical guidance, combined with equally strong influencing and interpersonal skills.

We ensure our planners get to work across a portfolio of work that includes securing consents (TCPA, TWA, DCO, Hybrid Bill), preparing local, sub-regional and national planning policy and guidance, delivering consultation and engagement, research and evaluation.

We are experienced in successfully advising on a wide range of complex and challenging projects for public and private sector clients. Our planning team advises on some of the most challenging, complex and interesting planning projects in the UK and overseas. Recent and current projects include:

  • Astra Zeneca, new global HQ
  • A14 upgrade DCO
  • IAMP International Advanced Manufacturing Park – DCO and AAP
  • Leeds Flood Alleviation Scheme
  • North London Heat & Power Project DCO
  • High Speed 2
  • Crossrail
  • Garden Bridge, London
  • Alderney Land Use Plan
  • Seychelles Plan

In line with our successful growth we need planners and senior planners with experience of both development management and policy planning to best approach the challenges of our flexible work portfolio.  Experience of working in the private sector or for a multi-disciplinary organisation is also preferred.
