Planning Issues Ltd is a practice of town planners, architects, designers and affordable housing experts. It is a subsidiary company of Churchill Retirement Living Ltd, the Country’s fastest growing privately owned retirement housebuilder and acts as their planning consultant and agent for planning applications and appeals.
We need a Planning Manager to join our dynamic team and seek a commercial and highly organised person who can work to deadlines. Based in our expanding Ringwood office and reporting to the Managing Director you will play a key role in securing planning permission for new retirement developments throughout the UK.
We require someone who has an established history of securing planning permission promptly and has suitable experience of Public Inquiry work.
The post involves overseeing the work of other planning staff and working closely with our in house designers, affordable housing advisers, the senior management team of Churchill Retirement Living and external consultants.
Suitable Candidates will have;
- Excellent negotiating and communication skills
- The ability to achieve planning permissions on time and to company requirements
- MRTPI qualified
