A Local Authority in Suffolk is seeking a Senior Planning & Enforcement Officer to join their area team for an initial 6 month period to help with a high workload.
Applicants will need good experience in both Development Control & Planning Enforcement and will need to be able to confidently and competently deal with an enforcement caseload and planning applications.
The successful applicant will need to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
You will a have a degree in planning or a related discipline and higher qualification accredited by the Royal Town Planning Institute.
