A leading London Borough Council has a requirement for a Development Control Officer.
You will play a pivotal role processing a mixed caseload of minor to medium applications encompassing change of use, mixed use, residential, commercial and listed building consents.
Additional duties include duty planning, preparation of committee reports and coordinating site visits.
Successful candidates will have acquired practical experience as a Development Control Officer at a UK local authority processing minor to medium applications. Furthermore you must be able to work as part of a team with good communication and report writing skills.
