A leading consultancy are expanding their Rights of Light team and therefore seeking an Assistant R of L Negotiator to assist the growing team on a range of property and neighbourly matters.
This role is ideal for an undergraduate in Urban Planning, Rights of Light or related Property Degree who is looking to develop their career in Rights of Light.
You will be given full support in developing your career and gaining promotions to a Rights of Light Consultant.
Responsibilities include:
- keep records relating to projects are kept up to date.
- working with other teams within the company to have drawings produced.
- liaise with external consultants to ensure information is collated.
- work with local authorities
- involvement in rights to light negotiations
