Our London Borough client is looking for a Development Control Planner to join their team on a temporary contract to assist with a peak in workload.
Applicants will be required to undertake a range of applications from minors through to some majors. It is preferred that clients have London Borough experience.
Candidates that are MRTPI are preferred.
This contract will initially last for 3 months, although this may be extended.
The hourly rate for this position will be between £19 and £23.
