Due to an increased workload, our private sector client is looking for a Masterplanner of Associate Director/Director level to help deal with an existing workload as well as win new business.
The primary focus of the work would be to strategically determine residential planning applications for developers and housebuilders, including the production of layout drawings.
As an Associate Director/Director level candidate it would be expected that you would have experience in business winning, although in the first instance you would primarily be assisting with the existing backlog of work.
This position will pay between £40,000 and £50,000, plus benefits.
