A competent and well-respected multi-disciplinary consultancy is looked for a Senior Planner/Associate for a permanent role.
The role will involve working mainly with private clients and successful candidates can expect to deal with sites of 1000 houses plus. The role will typically involve submitting applications and gaining permission.
The role will involve dealing with retailers, developers and housebuilders. Candidates should be well versed in EIA's, Design Reviews and Public Consultation.
