We have made major improvements in the quality of our retail and cultural offer and we have a radical and extensive leading UK delivery partnership with Balfour Beatty that enables the Council to focus on the task of driving change forward.
We are looking to recruit to our client side strategic and professional Development & Infrastructure team which can further develop the positive and constructive working relationships with our partners, including Balfour Beatty. This small team will have to punch above its weight to ensure we achieve our objectives and will drive the delivery of physical development and economic growth. The team will need to think beyond technical boundaries, position itself as an effective agent of change and comprise individuals with commitment, tenacity and drive, dedicated to high quality outcomes.
Based at Acorn Business Park, Unit 5, Moss Road, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire, DN32 0LT
Providing specialist advice and guidance to support the development of strategies with regard to flood risk management and environmental infrastructure, you will provide strategic programme management and budgetary oversight of these areas to ensure that the Council’s responsibilities as a Lead Local Flood Authority are discharged.
