Principal Planning and Regeneration Officer
£35,016 - £40,716 per annum

This is a major opportunity to help shape the future of Enfield and lead the delivery of regeneration plans and projects. Key features of the post will be to lead the Council’s regeneration programme in Meridian Water, our largest priority regeneration area. This will include masterplanning, planning/development briefs, neighbourhood planning, and project delivery, including major infrastructure, physical development and environmental projects. You will be responsible for working with Members, consultants, the community, Senior Council officers, partners, landowners and developers.
Using your previous experience in planning, regeneration, project management and delivery, and strong commitment to community engagement and partnership working, you will take a lead role in delivering the Council’s regeneration aims and priorities.
