An exciting opportunity has arisen with a progressive planning consultancy for a Senior Planner.
You will play a pivotal role providing strategic planning and development advice to a variety of clients encompassing developers, landowners and investment funds in urban and rural areas.
This will include the preparation, submission and project management of planning applications across residential, commercial, community facilities and mixed use development.
Additional duties also encompass production of written policy representations, site / land promotion, appeals, feasibility studies and site appraisals.
Successful candidates will have acquired practical experience in Development Planning or Development Control within a public or private sector institution. You must be RTPI accredited or actively working towards accreditation. In addition you must be commercially minded with a proven track record managing the planning process, have excellent report writing skills as well as a good team player.
