Beach Baker have been instructed to recruit for a Senior Planner to join one of the UK's leading consultancies, this position will be to work in the West Midlands office. This role offers the opportunity to work with a very strong client base across the public and private sectors.
In terms of projects, you will be working on a mix of residential and mixed-use work. You will be dealing with large and often complex schemes, handling the applications, site promotion through the LDF process and strategic advice. You will need to be MRTPI qualified, have strong consultancy experience and ideally have some experience of the West Midlands are.
Ideally you will already be at Senior Planner level, or you could be a Planner ready to take the next step in your career. You will be well established in the West Midlands region, be a leading name and have good contacts in the area also.
