Our client, one of the Largest Town Planning and Design consultancies in the UK, is immediately recruiting for a Senior Planner on a permanent basis to work in their Birmingham office.
The ideal candidate will be MRTPI chartered and have experience of residential and commercial projects. The role will involve working on both Brownfield and Greenfield developments through the Local Development Framework.
Previous consultancy is experience is advantageous along with excellent business development capabilities and existing client contacts.
The salary is negotiable dependent on experience
