Our client, a national commercial property consultancy, are seeking to expand their current team by appointing a Chartered Town Planner to their Manchester team.
You will be assisting with drafting planning statements, design and access statements and submitting planning applications. You will also be involved in preparing local plan representations and background research for clients. Ideally you will have gained some experience assisting on RIA & EIA reports
As an individual you will have excellent report writing skills, be a good team player and are looking to progress your career. It is essential you are MRTPI as a minimum and are working in the private sector with a strong commercial edge.
