Graduate/Entry Level Regeneration and Development Officer

Range £24,000 - £28,000 per annum
- Support the Regeneration and Development managers in the delivery of WNDC’s objectives through the use of its statutory functions such as Compulsory Purchase.
- Support the Regeneration and Development managers in ensuring the assets of the Corporation are appropriately managed.
- Create and manage project documentation for specified projects.
- Manage risk registers and reporting for specified projects.
- Manage project board meetings through from creating agendas to taking minutes and all associated administration.
- Develop and present reports and projects to WNDC Board and partner organisations.
- Develop and maintain project filing systems in line with corporate guidelines.
- Ensure effective and efficient use of resources.
