£22,958 - £34,549 p.a
The Council is seeking to recruit a planner capable of handling a varied mix of planning applications, carrying out site inspections, negotiating with applicants/agents, liaising with statutory bodies and other consultees, drafting committee reports and making presentations to the Planning Committee, when necessary. The starting salary and job title of the successful candidate will be dependent on qualifications and experience in accordance with the career grade scheme.
