You will prepare and action a joint Council/landowner project plan for the delivery of an exemplar urban expansion to the historic City of Ely, providing expert advice to the North Ely Delivery Board and a District/County Council joint working team, liaise on developer contributions, and ensure effective co-ordination of consultation and communication with relevant partner organisations, stakeholders and the public.
