The Planning Control Service has been through a period of change and consolidation following internal reorganisation and is now looking to the future in its development of its Design & Conservation Service and needs to fill the vacant control post of Urban Designer.
The Council is set upon a course of continual improvement in its Planning Control Service, and looks to employ staff to this post who are keen to provide good quality public services that meet the economic development needs of service users whilst ensuring the quality of the built and natural environment is enhanced & protected.
