Salary: £19,621-£23,708 per annum
A Planning Assistant is sought to work in one of two Area Development Management teams to process householder and other minor planning applications
The successful candidate will be responsible for the processing of householder and minor applications in one of the two Area Planning Control Teams which covers the western part of the Council’s area, including the Gower AONB. The Council is currently reviewing its planning application processes to improve the speed of determination whilst maintaining a control ethos of promoting good quality development. The post holder will be expected to support these changes.
