Associate Town Planner

Due to expansion plans, our client is looking to expand their Manchester planning team with the appointment of an Associate or Associate Director level RTPI Planner.

Our client undertakes work in sectors ranging from property development, retail, house building, commercial and mixed used developments, therefore, it is expected that you will have a good all round exposure to the private sectors. It would be preferred if you had gained a stronger exposure to the retail and housing sector but not essential.

Previous experience will include the project management of major projects through the planning system, whilst acting in a client facing role. You will currently be working in the private sector operating at a high level where you are responsible for building relationships, generating new work streams and managing a team of planners. Ideally you will have experience of the North West market working for a commercially lead firm
