My client is one of the largest Independent Planning practices in the UK.
Due to continued, successful business development they seek an MRTPI qualified Senior Planner to join their Kent office to promote large scale residential and mixed use developments, both brownfield and greenfield, through the Local Development Framework.

• Residential/commercial experience
• project management skills
Knowledge of the region is important, and the following are also desirable:
