An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Principal Development Control Planner with one of London's most progressive planning authority's.
You will play a pivotal role managing a caseload of large scale major applications with some of strategic significance. Most notably these will include large scale residential / commercial mixed use schemes, community infrastructure and estate redevelopment schemes etc in regeneration areas.
Additional components include negotiation of S106 / CIL agreements, reserved matters and discharge conditions in conjunction with representation at Committee and liaison with the organisations such as the GLA.
Successful candidates will have a proven track record managing a caseload of large scale major applications preferably at Principal level in Development Management at a UK planning authority.
