Major apps planner required for South West Authority.
My client based in the South West England is looking to recruit a major applications planner to assist with a wide range of applications.
The client is based in a picturesque area of the South West with good links to larger town centres Good accommodation facilities are available should the suitable candidate base them selves nearer to the location.
Dealing with major development applications, pre-applications advise with key stake holders as well as dealing with appeals, the suitable candidate would need to have current working knowledge of these types of applications.
The contract would be initial 3 months with a view to extend and be an ongoing contact with the client. Rates are negotiable for the successful candidate.
