Development Control Planner

The successful candidate will be a competent Planner who can deal with a variety of applications, from minors through to majors.

Applicants should have at least 2 years' experience working as a Development Control Planner in a local authority, preferably with experience in London.

The role will consist of dealing with a variety of applications and also guiding more junior members of the team.

The contract is for an initial 3 months, but is expected to go on for longer.

The total hourly pay rate is between £22 and £25 Ltd.
