Senior Planner
Kemp & Kemp Property Consultants is based in Oxford and requires a Senior Planner to join its busy planning team providing a variety of planning consultancy services to an existing and future client base. This includes advice on planning strategy, project co-ordination, site appraisals, stakeholder engagement, exhibitions, preparing planning applications, negotiating planning consents and other related permissions, and dealing with planning appeals. Opportunities exist to contribute to the wider work of the practice and business development as appropriate. Key to the role is managing major projects and delivering successful outcomes for clients in both the private and public sectors.
Applicants must have a good knowledge of Planning Legislation, relevant planning experience and good communication skills as well as full RTPI Membership. A full clean car licence and use of a car are also required.
