One of London's most architurally diverse and progressive borough councils urgently requires a Development Management Major Applications Planner.
You will be assigned to work exclusively on a caseload of large scale major applications some of strategic significance that include mixed use (resi commercial)inexcess of 100 units, new offices and estate renewal schemes etc.
Additional components encompass negotiation of reserved matters / discharge conditions, negotiating S106 / CIL agreements,outline planning approval and extensive liaison with the GLA etc.
Successful candidates will have a prooven track record manging a caseload of large scale major development applications at a UK planning authority or preferrably at London Borough Council.
