Folkestone Townscape Heritage Initiative Project Manager
The Project Manager should have good project management skills, be able to work effectively with property owners, have a sound understanding of historic building conservation and be able to work effectively with our Design and Conservation section to advise on appropriate methods of repairs and alterations to historic fabric. The post calls for someone with considerable communication skills who is used to dealing with built environment professionals and the public, both at meetings and on a one-to-one basis. They must also be IT literate, highly organised and an effective team worker. This post is funded and supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund, Shepway District Council, Kent County Council and the Creative Foundation. The closing date for completed application forms is 05 September 2012. Interviews will take place on 20 September 2012.
