You will work within a multi-disciplinary team in a corporate property management and development environment. Preferably educated to degree level with a Town Planning or a Built Environment related degree (and possibly working towards a town planning qualification), you will provide town planning advice to identify ways of meeting service needs and make best use of property resources.
You will demonstrate up to date understanding of property and planning matters.
You will have familiarity with relevant documentation (e.g. policy documents, legal agreements, planning applications and supporting material such as surveys, maps and plans)
You will be able to summarise technical reports and tenders and be competent with standard office IT packages .Experience of submitting or handling planning applications and/or knowledge of planning obligations would be an advantage.
