 A South West Authority is currently looking to recruit for a Planning Enforcement officer.


Being based in a historic market town with idyllic surroundings, making the contract more enjoyable

 

 The suitable candidate would need to be a qualified planner and have the ability to work on an existing and backlog case loads. You would also be dealing with lawful application for retrospective planning permission and related matters. Addition to this you will be involved in the issuing of Enforcement notices to unlawful campsites. Due to the rural nature of the Authority, you would require a vehicle for site visits.

 

The contract would be for an initial 3 months with the view to extend. Rates are based up experience ranging from £20- £24 per hour.
