An outstanding opportunity has arisen with a progressive multi-disciplinary consultancy that urgently requires an Associate Director.
You will play a pivotal role developing, pitching and winning new business in conjunction with providing complex planning consultancy to land owners and house builders etc.
This will include preparation and submission of large-scale development major applications from 50 to 5000 unit mixed use urban extensions.
Additional components also include conducting site appraisals, feasibility studies, strategic land promotion, Appeals in conjunction with written policy representations.
Successful candidates will be MRTPI accredited with a background in planning consultancy or combined prior expertise acquired in the public sector at Senior Planner to Associate Director level.
