A diverse local authority urgently requires a Senior Development Control Planner.
You will be assigned to a caseload of medium to large scale major applications such as mixed use residential / commercial, community facilities, listed buildings and associated developments in regeneration areas.
This also involves negotiating reserved matters and outline planning approval in conjunction with preparing evidence / reports for committee's, Appeals and informal hearings.
Successful candidates will have acquired experience as a Senior Planner managing a caseload of large scale major applications at a UK planning authority.
