Fairhurst’s Planning and Development services offer a full range of expertise to both private and public sector clients based on the planning, landscape and urban design professions.
We, therefore, have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a permanent full-time Senior Development Planner in the Manchester office. A minimum of 5 years post graduate experience, RTPI membership and a track record of professional competence, success and innovation within a multi-disciplined environment is required for this important position. You will need to have good communication, project management and team working skills, a sound knowledge of the planning process, a good grasp of current environmental issues, and experience of developing business and professional relationships.
