Waltham Forest is at the forefront of regeneration, with exciting opportunities for positive and sustainable change. We are an Olympics borough, so as well as maximising Olympic Legacy opportunities and funding streams such as Planning
Obligations and the Outer London Fund, we are developing Area Action Plans.
We need an enthusiastic officer for a key role in delivering projects contributing to Waltham Forest’s future success.
You will be a graduate with a degree in town planning, regeneration or a related subject. An excellent team player to support the preparation of the Infrastructure
Delivery Plan and Local Plan, you will also manage planning projects and have a key role in the development and management of the Council’s Planning Obligations and Community Infrastructure Levy policies and process.
