Planning Officer (Development Control)

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Planning Officer to join our busy Development Control team. We are looking to appoint a Planner who has experience of working in Development Control and could apply that experience to an interesting variety of minor and major planning applications.

The position would suit a Planner with the ability to manage their own caseload, to represent the Planning Division in providing pre-application advice and to negotiate improvements to planning applications. We are looking for a motivated team player with good communication skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.

Casual car user allowance is payable for this post
