Requirements of the post:
- Degree in RTPI/RICs accredited discipline or RICS or MRTPI
- Significant experience and understanding of the development industry, the planning system and regeneration.
- Experience and knowledge of funding sources and mechanisms to facilitate the delivery of major development.
- Proven ability to develop partnership working with voluntary, public and private sector partners.
- A track record in project delivery and proven experience of effective project management
- Experience of managing and reporting on budgets and of dealing with external funding agreements.
