Within the planning service this is an exciting time for us, as we are taking forward work on the Local Development Plan with significant development proposals coming forward in the very near future.
We are looking for enthusiastic planning professionals with excellent planning knowledge and communication skills to meet future challenges and demands in the District.
Development and Projects Manager
Full Time, £36,000 - £40,500 per annum
You will have proven experience in leading and driving forward high profile strategic, corporate projects and the ability to amend and deliver the Council’s corporate goals. One such example is the recent decommissioning of the Bradwell Power Station that has identified socio-economic initiatives that need to be project managed. This is a key operational role within the service which provides a tremendous opportunity for an ambitious and high calibre individual that will drive forward change and bring about improvements across the Council.
You must be educated to degree level in planning or a relevant subject and be a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
